Yoon Song began his career in 1995 at a computer store on Western Ave. and Santa Monica Blvd., where he specialized in building custom computer rigs, along with repairing and troubleshooting desktops. His first operating system was Windows 3.11. In the year 2000, he witnessed the emergence of digital video surveillance, which was initiated through the use of a video capture board. This device was a PC component designed to attach directly to a computer's motherboard.
